THE INITIAL CAPITAL IS TRANSFERRED TO THE COMPANY AFTER REGISTRATION
The initial capital of DKK 20,000 required for registering an ApS company is transferred to the lawyer’s bank account for verification. The lawyer’s fee (about DKK 1,295 + VAT) and the government fee (DKK 670) will be deducted from this capital. The remaining amount, approximately DKK 17,711.25, will be transferred to the company’s new bank account after it is created. This bank account must be owned by the new Danish LLC.
YOU CAN SPEND YOUR EQUITY FOR BUSINESS EXPENSES
After completing the business registration, the equity can be used for business-related expenses and does not need to remain in the bank account. However, compliance with expense-related regulations is necessary. The covered costs must be legitimate business expenses. Owners are not allowed to withdraw funds for personal use unless reimbursed for business expenses they have paid, and such reimbursement would be in the form of a salary or dividend.
